Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Explain product details clearly and convince customers to take interest or apply.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the system.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointments.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Languages:
Hindi mandatory

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
