Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Handle incoming inquiries professionally and convert leads Explain products/services and answer queries clearly Maintain call records and follow-up schedules Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team leader
Requirements:

Good communication skills in [languages required: e.g., English, Hindi, etc.] Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus) Positive attitude and goal-oriented Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
