About the Role



We are seeking

enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers

to join our

Marketing team at Argus Systems

. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support our marketing and sales efforts by sharing accurate information and valuable customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present company products/services effectively. Handle inbound queries and provide relevant product information. Generate, qualify, and forward leads to the sales team. Maintain and update the customer database with call records and feedback. Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments for field sales teams. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Share customer insights and feedback with the marketing team to enhance campaigns. Maintain professionalism and follow company communication standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1-3 years in telecalling/telemarketing Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. Basic knowledge of

MS Office

and

CRM tools

. Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
