The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with prospective students and parents, and generating interest in the courses offered at Lakhotia College of Design. The role involves lead generation, follow-ups, and coordinating with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from given leads.
Answer incoming calls and resolve queries related to courses and admissions.
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities.
Schedule appointments and campus visits for students with Admission Counsellors.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Consistently follow up with leads to increase conversions.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and assist in achieving overall admission goals.
Share feedback and student requirements with the admissions and marketing team.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred.
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
Ability to handle calls politely and professionally.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
