We are seeking a motivated
Telecaller
to join our team. The role involves engaging with
architects, interior designers, and allied professionals
, presenting our products and solutions, and inviting them to our office/showroom for further discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate professional calls with architects, interior designers, and related professionals.
Clearly explain product features and benefits.
Schedule and coordinate office visits and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
Candidate Profile:
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.
Prior telecalling or client coordination experience preferred.
Interest in architecture, interiors, or building materials will be an advantage.
