Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Follow up with leads to close deals.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Handle objections and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Data Management
Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel sheets).
Record details of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
Target Achievement
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Work towards achieving set revenue goals.
Communication & Professionalism
Deliver scripts clearly and confidently over the phone.
Maintain professionalism, patience, and politeness in communication.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Required Skills
MINI 6 Months to 1 Years
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu ).
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
