Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive

female outbound telecaller

to contact potential customers, promote products/services, and generate qualified leads. The role is target-driven and requires excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database/leads. Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team. Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions. Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting of activities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets. Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach during calls.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal communication in

[English/Hindi/Regional language - as per business need]

. Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport over the phone. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum

12th Pass / Graduate

(any discipline).

Female candidates only.

0-2 years of experience in outbound calling/tele-sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).

Pay: ₹8,411.96 - ₹23,879.33 per month
