Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database/leads.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting of activities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach during calls.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in
