Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tele calling Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Tele calling or customer support, along with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries. Provide accurate information about real estate projects and offerings. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options. Maintain follow-up schedules and update lead status in CRM. Collaborate with the sales team to support conversions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Interest in the real estate industry and understanding of buyer preferences. Ability to multitask and resolve queries efficiently. Proficiency in English and Telugu (preferred). Prior experience in the real estate domain is a plus.
