Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up regularly.
Explain course details (Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, IT-related courses).
Convince and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain lead records and daily reports.
Work with admissions team to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements:
6 months of Telecalling/Sales experience (Education sector preferred).
Excellent communication in
English, Telugu & Hindi
.
Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT/Cyber Security courses is an added advantage (training provided).
Target-driven & self-motivated.
