Lakhotia College of Design is looking for a proactive and well-spoken
Telecaller Executive
to join our Admissions & Outreach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing detailed course information, and guiding them through the admissions process via phone calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from leads generated through campaigns, events, and inquiries.
Explain course offerings, college USPs, and the admission process clearly and persuasively.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and schedule campus visits or counseling sessions.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or Excel sheets.
Respond to WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to ensure smooth conversions.
Support in lead verification and feedback collection after workshops or events.
Requirements:
Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Workspace).
Confidence, patience, and a friendly attitude.
Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telecalling/customer service/admissions (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Salary:
According to industry standards and performance-based incentives.
