Job Title: Telecaller - Loan Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to drive loan sales through outbound calls. The role involves targeting potential customers, pitching loan products, and achieving sales targets. Salary is target-based.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers.

2. Pitch loan products and generate leads.

3. Follow up on leads and close sales.

4. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

5. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and persuasion skills.

2. Experience in telesales or loan sales (preferred).

3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

4. Basic knowledge of loan products.
