Homzinterio is hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Presales Executive to engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and schedule appointments for the design consultation team. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, playing a key role in driving business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing and online platforms
Explain company services and qualify leads based on customer needs
Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales/design team
Maintain lead data and follow up regularly
Build strong rapport with potential clients through effective communication
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support
Strong verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets or CRM systems
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
Female candidates preferred
