Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven

Telecallers

to join our dynamic admissions campaign team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and driving admissions conversions through professional and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions inquiries. Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and campus facilities. Maintain a database of prospective leads and follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed admissions. Handover the interested list of candidates to the Admissions Counsellors ensuring transparency. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems accurately and promptly. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls made and leads converted. Address and resolve queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proven experience in a telecalling, customer service, or similar role, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
