Female Telecaller/Counsellor

at our Ameeprpet branch, people who worked in BPO/Banking sector will be a Prefferable

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents Provide information about courses, admission process, and fee structure Follow up on inquiries and leads regularly Maintain and update student inquiry database Schedule and confirm appointments for counseling or campus visits Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams Keep records of calls and relevant feedback Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times Assist in walk-in conversions and event promotions when required
