Should have the zeal in achieving targets & selling financial products o Should have at 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telesales environment. o Must have strong interpersonal skills. o Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle) o An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.Functional Skill Required: o Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex sales situations. o Negotiation skills o Relationship building skills o Good knowledge of Business o Telephone Etiquette / Skills o Good analytical skills o Sales and negotiating skills o Organized o Ability to make own decisions
