We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with accurate information and assistance related to hospital services, appointments, and follow-ups.
Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback.
Handle inbound queries regarding hospital services, doctor availability, timings, etc.
Maintain and update patient records in the system.
Assist in coordinating with internal departments for scheduling and service updates.
Provide empathetic and clear communication to patients and their families.
Ensure all calls are handled professionally and adhere to service quality standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in Kannada
(both spoken and understood) - Must* Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi (preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital/clinic environment is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette
Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Pay: ₹8,345.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
