Job Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Promote and sell company products or services over the phone. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues. Update customer information in the database accurately.

Requirements

:

Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi. Basic knowledge of computer operations. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
