Product Consultation:
Explain product features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to clients to match them with the right financial solution.
Customer Support & Query Resolution:
Handle incoming calls to address customer inquiries regarding, account details, transactions, and KYC, or to resolve issues.
Data Management & CRM:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
