Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective and existing clients
Explain the firm's legal services clearly and professionally (without providing legal advice)
Follow up on legal inquiries, leads, and case status updates.
Maintain accurate call records and client details in CRM or registers
Collect basic information and documents from clients as required
Handle client queries politely and escalate complex matters to legal staff
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
