Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls for property promotions, client follow-ups, and lead generation
Coordinate with the sales team and support administrative tasks
Handle client appointments, meeting schedules, and basic documentation
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided databases
Handle inbound inquiries from real estate portals, advertisements, and campaigns
Provide accurate information about residential and commercial property projects
Explain project details including location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers
Maintain customer data and call records in CRM software
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Female candidates preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication (English & local language)
Well-groomed, confident, and highly presentable personality
Quick learner with strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email handling)
Prior experience in real estate or tele calling will be an added advantage
