Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Representative based in Chennai. The representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting the company's products or services, and informing customers about offerings. They will answer inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and schedule follow-ups to build and maintain customer relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Freshers or at least 1 years of experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written) with Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and build rapport with clients over calls.
Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and promote product/services effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Ability to learn quickly about IT products/services.
Experience in telemarketing or a related customer-facing role is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Customer Support or Marketing are an advantage.
Work Timings and Location
Monday to Friday every week (Weekend Off)
Timings: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 6:00 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (aligned with Canadian business hours)
