Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers Explain products or services clearly and confidently Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback politely Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum graduate preferred Good verbal communication skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, etc.) Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude
