Call customers to follow up on outstanding payments
Explain due amount and payment details politely
Update payment status in records
Coordinate with accounts team for collections
Maintain good customer relationships
Follow up regularly until payment is cleared
Requirements:
Basic communication skills (Tamil/English)
Ability to handle customers politely
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / records
