Skyzir is looking for an experienced

Telecaller (ISR)

with a background in

medical or healthcare products

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in

calling doctors

and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals.

Promote and provide information about medical-related products.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.

Explain product features, benefits, and updates clearly and confidently.

Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead updates and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Telecaller / ISR.

Prior experience in

medical or pharmaceutical products

is mandatory.

Proven experience in

doctor calling

.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and maintain professional conversations.

Basic knowledge of CRM or call management systems is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidates only.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Professional attitude with good listening skills.

Comfortable working from office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
