Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and result-oriented
Tele caller
with at least
1 year of experience
to join our sales support team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Requirements:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email as required.
Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
Meet daily and monthly call and lead targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate or diploma (preferred).
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Tele caller or Telemarketing Executive.
Strong communication skills in English and local language(s).
Good listening and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling tools.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,110.25 - ₹15,000.00 per month
