Key Responsibilities:

Answering Inbound Calls:

Professionally and efficiently answer phone calls from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

Providing Information:

Accurately and clearly answer questions regarding hospital services, procedures, and patient care.

Scheduling Appointments:

Schedule and confirm appointments for patients with various departments and specialists.

Handling Inquiries:

Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner.

Taking Messages:

Accurately record and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.

Maintaining Records:

Keep accurate and organized records of patient interactions, including call details, inquiries, and actions taken.

Referring Calls:

Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals based on the nature of the inquiry.

Processing Forms and Applications:

Assist with the processing of forms and applications related to patient care and services.

Following Up:

Follow up on patient requests and ensure timely responses.

Handling Sensitive Information:

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with utmost care and discretion.

Thriving Under Pressure:

Manage a high volume of calls and maintain composure in stressful situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
