, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our property network by onboarding new hotels and guesthouses. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial partnerships with property owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential property owners/landlords through calls and in-person meetings.
Present the Py Olliv business model, highlighting benefits and long-term value propositions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding.
Manage property documentation, agreements, and formalities in collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Branding) to ensure seamless property integration.
Track and report daily outreach activities, meetings, and conversion metrics.
Skills & Attributes Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools and/or Excel for reporting.
