Tele calling Sales Representative - Interior Design
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to incoming leads, social media enquiries, and cold databases to promote our interior design and modular furniture services.?
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp and missed-call enquiries, understand client requirements, and share basic project information, packages, and process.?
Qualify leads based on budget, location, timeline, and type of work (residential/commercial/modular) and tag them correctly in CRM or Excel.?
Schedule showroom visits, site visits, and online design consultations for the sales/design team and ensure the client attends via regular follow-up.?
Maintain up-to-date records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead status, and share daily/weekly reports with management.?
Coordinate with design/sales team to track each enquiry till closure and ensure smooth handover of information.?
Achieve daily calling targets, lead conversion targets, and appointment booking targets as defined by the company.?
Provide basic product information about materials, finishes, and services; escalate technical or design queries to the respective team.?
Maintain high standards of professional communication and customer service to build trust and brand image.?
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / +2 with 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales; experience in interior design, real estate, or building materials is a strong plus.?
