Job Title: Tele Caller / Tele ExecutiveExperience: 1 to 10 Years Location: Chennai T. Nagar Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience & Performance) Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow up leads Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets Update customer details accurately in the system Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling Resolve customer queries and provide proper information
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 10 years of experience as a Tele Caller / Tele Executive Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an added advantage) Ability to convince and close leads Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred) Target-oriented and self-motivated
