Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products or services clearly and effectively
Answer customer queries and handle objections
Generate leads and fix appointments/sales
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Follow up with customers as required
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
