Work location: Adyar, Chennai

Engage in outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, nurturing warm leads and generating new sales opportunities. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Negotiate terms and close deals by understanding client needs, overcoming objections, and offering compelling solutions. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies that maximize outreach effectiveness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical sales support, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Maintain detailed records of all communications, meetings, and transactions to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up actions. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
