Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages and services.
Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide information about destinations, prices, and offers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion rate.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the travel consultant team for booking confirmations and client follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (travel industry experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Confident, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
