We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries courteously and professionally.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up with interested leads and close sales (if applicable).
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team for campaign updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum graduation preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
