Key responsibilities

Outbound calls:

Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate interest, and close sales.

Inbound calls:

Answer calls from customers to address their questions, concerns, or complaints.

Customer management:

Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in a database or CRM system.

Lead generation and follow-up:

Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Sales and performance:

Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals.

Problem-solving:

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Market research:

Gather information from the target market to understand customer needs and trends.

Reporting:

Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the sales or support team.
