Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to potential candidates for insurance agent positions.

? Explain the role, benefits, and earning opportunities of becoming an insurance agent.

? Handle inbound queries regarding agent recruitment.

? Generate leads and maintain an updated database of prospective candidates.

? Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews/training sessions.

? Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

? Maintain call records and report to the team leader on progress.

Eligibility & Requirements:

? Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an added advantage).

? Fresher or up to 1 year of telecalling/telemarketing experience preferred.

? Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

? Basic computer knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

? Strong convincing ability and positive attitude.

? Willingness to work with targets.

? Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
