Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services clearly.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Convert calls into successful leads or sales.
Maintain call logs, follow-up details, and customer information.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Maintain professionalism and ensure quality communication at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in telecalling or customer support.
Experience in the banking sector is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Ability to convert leads effectively and meet targets.
Good listening skills and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
