We are hiring an experienced candidate for our

Bulk SMS Services

division.
The candidate must have prior experience in handling SMS platforms, DLT processes, sender IDs, templates, and client support.
You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, running campaigns, and ensuring smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Bulk SMS panel and campaigns Handle DLT registration, sender IDs, and template approvals Provide API support and campaign assistance to clients Resolve delivery issues and coordinate with operators Follow up with leads and support existing customers

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in Bulk SMS industry Strong communication and customer service skills Basic technical knowledge related to SMS routing Full-time office job (No work from home) Immediate joiners preferred
