Follow calling scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Collect and update customer information in the system.
Generate leads and share details with the sales team.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls.
Understand customer needs and provide simple solutions.
Follow up with customers if required.
Meet daily or weekly targets.
Learn and update knowledge about company products/services.
Report call outcomes and issues to the team leader.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
