Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to engage customers over phone calls. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain products/services to customers. Generate leads and follow up with potential customers regularly. Maintain customer database and update call records. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Route calls to the appropriate departments when required. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team performance. Maintain professionalism and customer service standards at all times.

Skills & Competencies

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English Pleasant and confident phone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM updates. Ability to handle customer queries patiently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
