Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive
Telecaller - Inside Sales Executive
to handle follow-up calls, manage leads, and support field sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive, conversion-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make follow-up calls to leads and maintain regular communication.
Manage and update the lead database with accurate details.
Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule meetings and demos.
Share basic product information and qualify leads.
Track daily calling activities and report progress to the sales manager.
Assist in closing leads by providing necessary support.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
Ability to engage confidently with prospects.
Basic understanding of sales coordination and follow-up processes.
Good data-entry and organizational skills.
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or sales coordination.
