The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining company products and services, and generating sales leads. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to achieve sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with interested customers and close leads in coordination with the sales team.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Schedule appointments or product demos for the field sales team.
Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Collect and report customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Handle customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in
telecalling, customer service, or telesales
preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Fluency in
