Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining our products/services to customers, maintaining customer records, and following up for conversions.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided. Explain the company's products/services clearly and confidently. Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information. Maintain and update customer database in the system. Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a professional and friendly interaction with customers. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when needed.

Required Skills:



Good communication skills in

[English / Tamil

Good listening skills and patience in handling customers. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Basic computer knowledge Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualification:

Any Degree / 12th Pass
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
