We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client follow-ups, schedule appointments, and support sales activities by maintaining strong communication with potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote properties and services.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about listings and project updates.
Schedule appointments for property visits or client meetings.
Follow up on leads to ensure excellent customer service and close deals.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Requirements
:
Proven experience in
Telecalling
or a similar customer service role.
Strong communication skills in
Tamil & English.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using
CRM tools
and
MS Office.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
