Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Explain products and services to potential customers and guide them through the process.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Support daily front office operations including appointments, documentation, and reporting.
Participate in marketing or promotional activities when required.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
