female Telecaller
with experience in the
real estate industry
. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team to achieve targets. This is a
work-from-office
position.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Traventure Homes' real estate projects.
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective buyers.
Generate, nurture, and manage leads through regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Schedule and coordinate client visits with the sales team.
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide regular updates and feedback on market trends to the management.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the
real estate
sector.
Gender:
Female candidates only.
Work Mode:
Work from Office
(no remote option).
Education:
Any graduate.
Excellent communication skills in
English, Tamil, and Hindi
(preferred).
Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
