Tele Caller Executive
to manage student inquiries and follow-ups effectively.
In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with students, updating leads in the CRM system, and supporting the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth communication flow.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to student inquiries through
calls, WhatsApp, and emails
.
Follow up with new leads and maintain accurate records in the
CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, or Meriito)
.
Coordinate with the
marketing and admissions teams
to ensure timely responses and lead conversions.
Prepare and maintain daily reports of communication and follow-ups.
Assist in executing campaigns and automation workflows for improved engagement.
Share student feedback and insights to enhance marketing and outreach efforts.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
0-1 year
of experience in customer service, marketing coordination, or academic counseling (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Tamil
.
Basic knowledge of
CRM tools and MS Excel
preferred.
Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
