To handle inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, maintain accurate client records, and support the sales team in converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

Experience: 4-6 years

Required Skills



????o?Excellent communication in English & Tamil (optional Hindi advantage).

????o?Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.

????o?Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).

????o?Prior experience in real estate / telecalling / customer service preferred.

Primary Responsibilities



1. Lead Management

????o?Call and follow up on all inquiries received through ads, website, walk-ins and social media.

????o?Enter every lead accurately into the CRM (Sell.do or equivalent) with complete details.

????o?Update lead status daily (Fresh / Interested / Site Visit / Negotiation / Lost / Booked).

2. Client Profiling

????o?Gather and record client details:

????o?Name, contact number, location, and company.

????o?Purpose (Own use / Investment).

????o?Budget range and timeline.

????o?Funding type (own / bank loan).

????o?Identify decision-makers and level of seriousness.

3. Follow-Up & Coordination

????o?Schedule and confirm site visits.

????o?Coordinate with the Sales Head for appointments and client handovers.

????o?Send project details via WhatsApp / email immediately after the first call.

????o?Maintain a structured follow-up plan (D1, D3, D7, D15 cycles).

4. Communication & Conversion

????o?Present Sanbrix projects confidently, highlighting location, ROI, quality, and exclusivity.

????o?Explain the brand's unique positioning ("Limited, Exclusive, Prime, Landmark").

????o?Handle basic client objections and transfer qualified leads to the Sales Team.

5.Reporting & Documentation

???? o Prepare a daily call summary: total calls made, follow-ups done, site visits fixed, conversions achieved.

????o Report to the Sales Head every evening with status updates.

6.Customer Relationship

????o?Build rapport with potential clients for long-term engagement.

????o Maintain a polite, persuasive, and professional communication tone.
