Job Description

Experience:

0-3 years (Real Estate experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided leads or database.

Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and loan options.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team for follow-ups.

Maintain proper call records in CRM and ensure timely updates.

Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Support marketing campaigns and event-based lead follow-ups.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and convincing skills (English, Tamil/Hindi as applicable).

Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.

Basic computer and CRM data entry knowledge.

Target-driven and positive attitude.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in any stream.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
