Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Tele caller

to join our growing team at

Shri Krish Housing and Properties

. The ideal candidate will promote our real estate projects, generate leads, and assist the sales team in converting inquiries into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our real estate projects. Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team. Explain project details, location benefits, and pricing clearly to customers. Follow up with interested leads regularly to encourage site visits. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements:

Fresher to 1 year of experience in tele calling or customer service (real estate experience is a plus). Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Confident, polite, and enthusiastic personality. Goal-oriented and eager to learn sales techniques. Basic computer knowledge (Excel or CRM tools preferred).
