Telecaller - Customer Engagement & Cold Calling

We are looking for a motivated

Telecaller

to join our team. The role involves cold calling, following up with potential customers, and tracking end-users who have already used our product. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback, preparing proper reports, and maintaining a cold calling/appointment booking report.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential customers. Track and engage with end-users who have used our product. Collect feedback and maintain detailed reports. Prepare a daily cold calling report, including appointment bookings and customer interactions. Support the sales team by ensuring smooth onboarding of customers.

Requirements

Prior experience in

cold calling / telecalling

is preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle customer queries and maintain records accurately. Proactive and target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary:

?10,000 per month.

Performance Bonus:

?200 per customer for the

first 5 onboarded customers

. ?300 per customer for the

next 10 customers (6-15)

. ?400 per customer for

16 and above

.

Employment Type

Full-time (Office-based). 6 working days per week.

Note:

This role is best suited for candidates who are confident in communication, enjoy engaging with customers, and are comfortable working with performance-based incentives.
